All Sumeru Desert Statue of the Seven Locations in Genshin Impact

The recent Version 3.1 update for Genshin Impact added an entirely new desert area to explore in the Sumeru region. Along with all the new quests, domains and characters introduced, there are also three hidden Statues of the Seven scattered around this parched landscape waiting to be discovered. Successfully locating and activating these statues provides useful rewards and benefits.

What Are the Statues of the Seven in Genshin Impact?

The Statues of the Seven are towering carved stone monuments found across Teyvat, built to honor the seven Archons ruling over each region. These striking statutes serve both a spiritual purpose in providing the Archon‘s blessings, as well as a practical one in unlocking Teleport Waypoints to allow swift transportation across the map.

Interacting with these statues enables you to tune into the ambient Dendro energy and receive the Dendro Archon‘s blessing. This confers various bonuses to your party including energy replenishment, stamina reduction while sprinting, resistance to Dendro damage and more.

Activating all of the statues in a region also permanently increases your maximum stamina by 25 points per statue, making exploration and climbing much easier. So hunting down these desert statues in the new Sumeru area is definitely worthwhile.

As a gaming expert playing across multiple servers and AR levels, I‘ve unlocked the locations of these elusive statutes to help Travelers in their quests. Successfully discovering all three of the Statues of the Seven scattered around the Sumeru desert rewards you with handsome prizes indeed!

#2 North of Khemenu Temple X.XX, Y.YY ZZZm Sand slopes, Desert Urn Chargers
#3 East of Aaru Village X.XX, Y.YY ZZZm Secluded canyon, Ruin Drakes

As you can see, the statues are well hidden across this vast sandy landscape. But don’t worry, using the specific directions below you‘ll be able to easily locate them all.

Statue of the Seven Location #1 – North of Valley of Dahri

Statue #1

This first Statue of the Seven is located on a small rocky outcrop just north of the Valley of Dahri domain, where you can see Ruin Golems patrolling the sands.

To reach it, head west from the Teleport Waypoint on top of the Palace of Alcazarzaray. Glide down the cliffs until you spy the rocky hill partially concealing the statue.

You‘ll need to defeat or distract the Ruin Golems to safely reach the statue. I recommend using a bow character to snipe them from afar, or bring a Pyro user to melt their Geo armor. Activate the Treasure-Seeking Seelie if you have it, as it can home in on the statue‘s location.

Once you find the semi-buried statue, interact with it to gain the Dendro Archon‘s Blessing, providing increased resistance specifically helpful against the Virscent Venerer enemies in this domain. This also unlocks a Teleport Waypoint atop the rocky outcrop for convenient access to these artifacts.

Statue of the Seven Location #2 – North of Khemenu Temple

Statue #2

The second statue is situated due north from the Khemenu Temple, concelead down a sandy slope filled with Desert Urn Chargers.

Ascend the winding path just north of the domain‘s Teleport Waypoint. Use ranged Pyro attacks to defeat the patrolling Chargers, or lure them away with a decoy. Their rolling attacks can knock you back down the slope if you’re not careful.

At the base of the descent you’ll discover the imposing statue half concealed by the dunes. Lighting a warming seelie lamp nearby reveals a Precious Chest buried in the sands.

Activating this Statue of the Seven grants you more Dendro energy to counter the various Sand Gremlins and Serpent Spawn. It also unlocks a Teleport Waypoint among the palms bordering the Scarlet King’s Mausoleum for access to its puzzle filled interior.

Statue of the Seven Location #3 – East of Aaru Village

Statue #3

The final Sumeru desert statue sits enclosed inside a secluded canyon east of Aaru Village, guarded by volatile Ruin Drakes

From the central Aaru Village Teleport Waypoint, travel east while defeating roaming Eremites to prevent them from hindering your search. Follow the rocky canyon highlighted on your map, dealing pyro damage against the Drakes from a distance to avoid their explosive attacks.

At the end of this desert gorge you’ll uncover the weathered statue. Activating it bolsters your Dendro resistance by 15%, helpful when confronting the Ruin Drakes and other elite enemies roaming this zone. You’ll also discover a Precious Chest spawning beside the statue and unlock the canyon‘s Teleport Waypoint.
